Kuti Roberg has been working with children of all ages for more
than ten years. He excels at what he does. He has a degree in
Psychology as well as years of experience. It is not his degree that
makes him so successful, but his warm, caring, and outgoing
personality. It is this that allows many people, from young children to
Teens to grandparents, to find him so charming.
Kuti’s experience in the camping world includes camps MaNaVu,
Adirim, Pirchei Southeast, and Agudah Midwest. He has been
involved with camp since the tender age of 5. He prides himself with
the fact that he hasn’t lost a color-war in over 10 years! Throughout
his camping years he has forged relationships and friendships that
still continue strong. It his willingness to be involved with whatever it
takes to make campers have a great time, be it dressing up as an
old lady or getting thrown into a pool fully clothed. Kuti is also a 3
sport All-Star, dominating in baseball, football, and hockey. He was
a member of the 2003 Talk n’ Save Championship team in Israel,
as well as the 2006 undefeated MaNaVu baseball team. Kuti has
been known to hit the walk-off home run both on and off the field.
During the year, Kuti is the Director of Detroit NCSY, as well as a
member of the Detroit Jewish Federation’s Youth Professional
Council. In his position as Director, he has brought a new level of
success to NCSY. He has put together amazing Shabbatons and
trips for over 350 people.
Armed with a variety of skills and talents, including music, art, and
acting, Kuti joins an already amazing staff and will bring his “A”
game to Camp kochavim. There is no doubt that with Kuti on our
team, this will be the best summer ever!
